Summer Glow Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup spinach: Packed with vitamins A and C, iron, and antioxidants.
1/2 cup fresh strawberries: Rich in vitamin C, which supports collagen production.
1/2 cup fresh mango: High in vitamins A and C, promoting healthy skin and hair.
1/2 avocado: Provides healthy fats and vitamin E for skin hydration and elasticity.
1 tablespoon chia seeds: Rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants for skin health and promoting healthy hair growth and improving hair elasticity.
1 tablespoon honey: Natural humectant that helps with hydration and has antibacterial properties.
1 cup coconut water or almond milk: For hydration and a light, nutty flavor.
A few ice cubes: Optional, for a chilled, refreshing smoothie.
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut water or almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately to benefit from the maximum freshness and nutrient content.
Optional Garnish: Top with a few fresh berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds for added texture and nutrients.

Ingredients:
2 cups desiccated coconut: Rich in potassium and magnesium for skin hydration and hair health.
1/4 cup miracle collagen: Boosts skin elasticity and strengthens hair.
1/3 cup full-fat coconut cream: High in vitamins E and C for skin hydration and hair support.
1/4 cup maple syrup: Contains zinc and manganese for skin health and antioxidant protection.
1 tsp vanilla: Offers antioxidants to protect the skin.
Pinch of salt: Maintains skin hydration and electrolyte balance.
300g dark chocolate: Provides magnesium and antioxidants for skin and hair health.
1tbsp coconut oil: Supplies essential fatty acids for skin and hair moisture.
Instructions:
Blend coconut, collagen, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until a sticky mixture forms.
Roll into bars and flatten on a parchment-lined tray.
Freeze for 30-60 mins.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
Dip bars in chocolate, place on a tray, and freeze for 5 mins.
Repeat for an extra chocolate layer if desired.
Sprinkle with sea salt and store in the fridge or freezer.
